I'm on the Rocky Mountain High site. I started with the link you posted.

I called Cathy (sp?) at RMHB and she said to try adding each case one at a time and it should discount every other case as they are added. When I first did it, I just pressed the + button 5 times to get 6 cases and the discount was not applied. Trying this other way now.
