I do believe a lot was decided on at the Paris Climate talks behind the scenes. Electric cars was a major one and notice all the positive stories since then. 2nd, shale oil is out. Your story talks about cost inflation for shale. Government can add costs. But, also it has climate affects they have kept in the dark. Various kinds of pollution of land and water happen and many online stories about it.
I have a good friend who is a level headed climate activist who is really into science. I sent him the story below and asked if it was exaggerated, and he responded TRUE TRUE TRUE SITUATION. He also said he went to a meeting about shale put on by the oil companies and he asked about the exact story below before it was out and they laughed him off an refused to answer.
