Issued stock is debt and it is in a companies best interest to keep the stock price up. I am sure that DF and IR are getting sick of impatient shareholders demanding answers. So in regards to shareholders being investors, we aren't because we can get out whenever we want and take a loss or gain depending on when we bought, and it has no affect on the company, but NTEK will still have shareholder debt. Specific shareholders are not investors but holders of a companies debt.
