Yes, the financials need to be released first.  Hopefully tomorrow is the day.  The stock is being watched, but nobody has really started to hit the ask yet.  Some are bid sitting and the low volume is not helping the chances of a movement up in the stock price.  Maybe the financials are the catalyst that gets it moving.
