You sure have a strange way of showing confidence in your investments. Why don't you ask Winton Morrison? I'm sure he could clear up some of the fuzz that you find disturbing.
Probably nothing more than, like many others suffering property damage from Hurricane Irene, disaster relief ran and hid just to delay assistance like they did up here where I am.
When a lot of cash is at stake, things often times get put on hold as those who would foot the bill find themselves losing a war of attrition. May not have been the case with them, but it's quite possible, and they may not have had flood insurance.
