Just no metrics like revenue, sales or earnings, you know the things that make the stock price go up. It surely poised to break to the downside on things like 10 years of "we've got nothing" and an ever increasing issued, outstanding and fully diluted share count.
Let's guess the new o/s in the upcoming 10K and then just weeks later the 1st fiscal quarter 10Q.
We already know they've blown it up to:
"As of June 27, 2017, there were 367,614,831 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, outstanding." Which is 18 million more shares in 2 months:
As of April 30, 2017, there were 349,100,675 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, outstanding.
So they have 4 days left in the fiscal year and I'll say they diluted it another 3 million shares for a total of 370,614,831 shares outstanding.
Now for the 1st quarter I'll go 408,---,----million issued and outstanding.
Of course we're not talking fully diluted because that number would include things like Squires latest 25,000,000 million share options and be more like 600 million.
