or it could be someone on the bid to entice some buying! I have seen that happen. When it gets to that bid they lower it. Time will tell but I'm guessing if it's a short he wouldn't buy a million, he would just naked short another mil or 2. JMO It's been happening here for years. Why try to cover now?
