Nice idea but I and a few others reviewed this fellows work and found that there were still excessive heat and economical fuel efficiency was not improved enough. A similar rotary engine was made that did run well on natural gas but the ability to scale a rotary up to a 1 MW size was out of the question.

RPM and torque characteristics are very different between piston and rotary engines.
