I figured that the "finra is fake" board was a fake board...but here it is! If the naked short is as bad as it seems, why hasn't finra done something? I see only 2 or 3 possibilities. 1- naked shorting doesn't exist or isn't a or the problem here. 2- finra doesn't care about OTC naked shorting. 3- MM's are selling there naked shorts back and forth to fly under ftd radar. 4- finra is fake and we are all effed! I do find it hard to believe that we would be in this position if the company hadn't enabled naked shorts. It seems the NS activity may never end.....what say you?
