He is doing this bashing mission as a job. Look at what he has written in other boards and and you will see exactly similar accusations and sentences, etc. I think he might have some kind of a connection w Platinum Partners given his track record with companies who are one way or the other associated w PP. He all of a sudden shows up with exactly the same incorrect accusations, love pinks type of BS and then picks up some company specific things and over and over writes on each board. The others are TAUG related ones and some burnt out ex longs. He is different.
