So lil math here guys. Closed at $1.24 today, if this were to hit $1.11 tomorrow because of those darn shorts OH or that LPC Boogy man thing, Oh My, wham Circuit Breaker trips, Brakes are on for the shorts Again, but certainly not for our friends at LPC, they can sell whenever they want because they own those shares, now don’t they. I guess the the LPC boogy man didn't sell today, they are probably looking out for their core account. Wouldn’t it be funny if it triggered early in the day tomorrow and then recovered later on in the day to where it should be trading. OF course I’m not saying that would happen, no not at all. And I’m certainly not advocating it.
Theoretically it could even gap down in the morning out of the box, and those LONG buyers would be getting cheaper shares, after all it is based on the “Closing Price”, so if the bid were low, oh and I guess even the SHORTS could end up selling those borrowed shares at a lower share price (bad for them), interesting. They would be in a predicament, should they try cover with High shares early on and make less money (on their spread) or buy every share their fellow short friends are selling at 1.12 to cover. I’d say anyone wanting to dump a large quantity would have a buyer at $1.12 LPC? Looks like an opportunity, of course I’m sure everyone already “gets it” so I’m just preaching to the choir.
“Short Sale-Related Circuit Breaker: The circuit breaker would be triggered for a security any day in which the price declines by 10 percent or more from the prior day's closing price.”
Hmmmmm
Very interesting to watch, the shorts could end up supporting LPC AND Lightwave Logic Now Couldn't they. Talk about a backwards blessing.
It probably makes good common sense for the shorts to cover before the Lebbypalooza next month, he’ll be rubbing elbows again with the industry for 2 Days before he speaks.
Xster Math equations
A Cheap plastic spin coated onto todays devices that can scale, (Super Fast and Cheap) AND USES less Electricity. The world has a problem Lightwave Logic has an answer. This will trade Down, Up and so on and so forth. Place your bets at any time before now and the home stretch I think we will see some battles my friends.
