As far as I'm concerned Lajet and IPMC are pumpers. It's the same cast of characters that go on and on about naked shorting and deleting any post that asks about NTGL shares, audits, financing, UF 3.0 and the countless other lies NTEK has pushed. If you read the recent long side filings and NTEK responses it's clear this is all a scam and that they have no business now (if they ever did).

These guys make up rumors then pump it as hard as they can. Hope the sec investigates them.
