I asked this a long time ago when we were in the $0.10-$0.12 range.
Why even bother filing? That money is better spent fixing the machine and running it? I said back then, whats the worst that would happen by downgrading and not filing? We go from $0.10 to $0.05? Now look at us!
I heard that a few years ago they spent $200,000 or so to file the K.
What a waste!
