Thanks Bill for clearing that up, howerver thru your own written words, they forced you to write the facility off, what you are saying is there is a building with equipment in it. That you totally wrote its entire value off, Also there has not been any valued re added in your filings. So speaking apple to apple there is no facility, Also you did say the equipment was to be moved to BTL. Giving value to something written off should not be counted until its value can be placed in a filimg.

Next on your time with the company, you say that you took over in 2010, however You have stated in the past that the bearing business was in talks with AVIC before then. Now I like to be clear, is there a working facility producing bearings, last fillings did not show that it was. As a shareholder should we count what cant be applied to filings.
Matter of fact even the 109k was removed from the your filings. Lets maintain the proper information what is applied to the filing please….
