QMC may have moved-on from Hollingsworths' GiantQD's , but it looks like Hollingsworth is still interested in TQD's. From my interpretation, & based on this study, it appears as though TQD's have been shown to exhibit non-blinking parameters roughly equivalent to GiantQD's...which might help explain why QMC passed on that patent option. Of note; there appear to be additional TQD characterization findings that may be of value to interested parties.
