Good topics Delta. Also wonder about those things that have not been clearly disclosed. I understand why they may have decided not the PR the latest letter from Tony, but I do wonder why no 8K was file when they moved forward to a purchase agreement, 8K was filed for NDA, 8K filed for LOI but none for agreement to purchase. Perhaps they are waiting for the agreement in return from Songbird? But an agreement to purchase is a material event in my mind so an 8K should be required. I am wondering where that is or why it wasn't filed? Or maybe I missed it? Thoughts?
