RJDG .015 news imminent.
209 million OS. profitable.. No more convertibles.
Per other board an update is coming very soon. My guess tomorrow. But could be early next week.
Here's what's happening as I see it:
RJDG is currently undergoing audit to move up to QB tier. Originally this was to be done couple/few weeks ago. But from an email from IR they are going to wait and audit 2017 fiscal year end and then uplist. RJDG's fiscal year ends August 31.
The imminent news should explain this as well as give an update on their exciting Iosoft division. If this division accelerates growth to what the CEO keeps stating then the next several months could see a strong move to .10+ area.
This could be a great time to buy in prior to the update and other catalysts.
