"he just can't seem to secure a sale... "
Even if Mr. Heddle, his partners and employees only mustered up the energy to contact one single potential customer a week since he took over as CEO almost four years ago, he would still have heard 204 reasons from customers stating why they don't want to buy a processor. Is it possible that PTOI's processor, which supposedly can yield over a 100% return on investment, isn't all it's chalked up to be??
"Given that, plan B per a previous PR, suggested the plant was going to be restarted."
I don't remember that. I only remember Mr. Heddle saying that he needed an additional $300k for processor start up costs in addition to his estimated $175-$200k to fix the freeze-damaged pipes. That problem has been modified to now requiring about half a million dollars to correct.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
