Copy of a post I made on iHub to debunk nonsense from basher morons "surfkast" and "Hedgebunny".
209M loaded at .0007 and 146M loaded at .0008 since July 12 - most of it by whales who are not flipping hence why $DIGX is so thin to the upside.
Share structure verified as of July 31 shows no dilution in 2017 whatsoever and 150M less shares available to individual investors.
The whales that control the cheap shares in $DIGX will continue to bid at any price that makes sense to them to prevent those who mislead with nonsense from filling on the bid at lower prices.
There is absolutely no need for, or intention to have, a reverse split.
Only 9 trading days remain before anticipated filing of record Q2 results for this already proven $2M+ revenue / $500K+ net profit per year company which has stated the intention to expand both brands through acquisition of additional locations in due course.
Expect the ask under .0010 to be taken out before the Q2 comes out.
