Do the math both ways...that is the answer...not trying to be smart ass...but?

On day one of the RS, at the very moment it happens, we all have even money, just a lower share count, then it goes from there, regardless of the split ratio.

The pps can react either way, day after day, just like it does now, after the split, again regardless of the RS ratio, not yet advised by the company BOD.

There are peeps on message boards who use a RS as a negative...its called FUD....fear, uncertainty and doubt.

Listen to them, or us, either way...educate thyself as to both sides and whether or not USGLOBAL AIRWAYS, INC is doing the right thing.

I know what they are doing, and I'm good with all of it.

Rest is up to each individual...
