1. Preferred series D shares were sold. Raised the money in a matter of days.
2. I'm thinking because all the legal papers involved with the purchase of Songbird were signed in the name of Baltia. Executing the name change before the purchase is completed will just confuse the courts, SEC, FAA and others.
