Question 1, I don't believe it is necessary to 8K the source of the money only that they did it. The Audit with 10Ks and Qs would elaborate on that. Question 2, I believe they might be going along with my thoughts that they want the Audit complete along with all SEC paperwork then hit the wires with the name and ticker symbol change. Would look much more like a new company to the public at large. Also the largest retail brokerage in the country is Fidelity, enough on that. We have waited this long, let's do it right.
