Very low volume, not even 88k at 2:45 eastern time. That makes it easier for manipulators.
Did I say "manipulators"? After a day filled with nothing much on the fake Level 2, suddenly a market manipulator I mean maker comes in with a purported sell order for 20,483 at .87. That's where they want to cap the price. I bet if anyone came in with a big bid there, the "offer" would magically disappear, as we've seen so often in the past.
What market maker? Why, CDEL. What a surprise.
