The long-time owners/operators of the “El Mariachi” restaurant in nearby Cassville, Missouri will open a second El Mariachi in the Holiday Island Shopping Center this week. This will be the only operating restaurant in the shopping center currently. El Mariachi will be a full service Mexican restaurant for lunch and dinner in one of the best located facilities in the shopping center.
Gene Thompson - CEO of Holiday Island Holdings said, “This is another big step in our acquisition pursuit of the restaurant building and land for $200,000. that will generate ~$17,000. annual net income at a 8.0% ROI. Right now, this would give the company a monopoly on the restaurant business at Holiday Island.”
The Company’s main goals for 2017 are to finalize a multi-million dollar raise and become a significant player in local commercial and residential markets at Holiday Island, Arkansas.
