As far as OTTV, I am looking to perform some DD and wanted to start off reading some articles, learning who the management is and where they have been, how long ago this idea came about and what has been put into it to make it grow, outstanding shares, share ownership, amount of cash brought in, from where and how it's going to be paid back, fees, salaries, market share, why institutions haven't cared about it and what they plan to do about that.
