Apologies, you are correct. I only multiplied, didn't add it as a gain. Should have been (1 - 0.36)/0.36
The $3+ pop was phenomenal and I'll take that any day. My realistic expectations are to get back to the $1.25 range we held after it. we have been on a slide for 4 months.
