How much money does DECN have in the bank. The previous lawsuit was settled for pennies on the dollar compared what was claimed was going to be won on message boards and press releases.
If DECN goes private for .18 or .20 how does that help shareholders in terms of DECN winning another lawsuit? Didn't you state the buyer keeps the spoils of that lawsuit? Wouldn't the buyer also get the benefit of these so called new and improved products.
