It is a gross misstatement to say that Rosen PR'ed his phony "shareholder" suit the next day after the Mako attack. It was on the wires less than two hours after the article appeared, which means (with the time lag from the time of submission to the time it gets online) that the press release was drawn up in less time than it would take to read through the article carefully. It is beyond belief to think that the Rosen firm did not have at least advance notice that it was coming out. And that would be the most benign interpretation.
As far as the acrimony over the FINRA number, I will say again, if someone is so concerned that the number is scaring off potential investors, then the last thing you'd want to do is constantly post about that number.
It seems illogical to me to constantly harp on this for a month on this message board, posting the same things over and over, if the number is something you don't want to be constantly in people's consciousness. So just keep posting complaints about it if you want your theory that investors are being scared off to have a chance of coming true.
It's not like we get so many potential investors attracted to this board every day. We don't. In my opinion the number is benign at worst, interesting to watch for patterns at best.
