The TRUTH to the question of the "Administrative Expenses":
Look at the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows.. The total G&A was $1,401,000 -- deduct Amortization of Services receivable of $179,000 plus Stock-based compensation of $1,058,000.
So actual expenses were $164,000.
These guys are paid VERY minimal salaries.
