Absolutely, if that's the case. Unfortunately, the next financial statement is due in October for the 10K (thru June 2017) and the next 10Q (July-September) is due in November.
We've got a bit of a wait unless they are allowed to announce sales or a sales contract.
I stated a couple years ago that the first major sales may not be announced until well after they've happened (display product release). It's the nature of business. Sales are normal business and don't meet the threshold for requiring an 8k.
