No, I don't think the company will go insolvent either, despite the folks trying to drive it to that.
These peoples main gig is R&D. They do the science that will enable others to produce a salable product and will license the rights, or sell their their intellectual property to someone in big pharma.
That's how the money will be made in this company. Hard to bankrupt that. Doesn't mean the other guys can't make life difficult....
