On a naked short, the idea is to short the company into bankruptcy so you never have to pay back the money owed on borrowed to pay for the shares.
You make a profit buy not having to pay back the money you owe because the company went insolvent.
It's not retail naked shorts doing this, it is on the institutional level, hedge funds and the like...
They are the ones that pay the bashers to keep the price down....and the ones who actually run that other site.......
