CYIO filed a final appeal on the SEC finding on 7/11/16. The SEC site was updated on 7/20/16. So, yes, it has been over a year. Inquiries to the SEC on the status of the appeal have been answered with boiler plate responses. The current action in the PPS looks like pure speculation. All that being said, one good PR or piece of news could send the PPS soaring. "IF" they win the appeal AND get the $2.5 million (or more) in damages the PPS could easily go over a $1.00. Patience required. I have a boat load of shares with a cost basis of near zero due to trading the pops. Now I am just holding and hoping. HAWK
