I would take it as such if we were able to stand our ground a little but we have been taking whatever they wanted to give us. OWCP does not belong on OTC exchange... not only for their potential but frankly because I'm not sure the leadership knows enough about investor confidence to hold their own here. Unfortunately I'm only seeing that now but still believe in OWCP long term. They need to get their stuff together, spell out the plan and then purposefully drive the share price back to where it should be. Then up list to NasDaq. Can't do that though without revenue... Listing on the CSX isn't really an option now either because the market cap is to small. They will go on a lower exchange at best. Makes me sick to watch what is happening. Holding Longer... Still strong. OWCP will be a phoenix... Rising from the ashes.
