I AGREE; OTTV "is" a great play and DTII as well but the market these days just won't play the low floaters, it seems folks want to buy millions of shares rather than just look at percentage gains. I fully agree with you...same goes for ELTZ, QSIM, EXAD, ABHI, and many others. 500M volume would set them on fire!
