I'm with you.
I bought my last bit of shares around 0.47 here a week or two ago.
I have some other stock that's producing gains, so at a certain point I'll sell it and gladly buy more OWCP if it's still under $0.50...
I firmly believe OWCP is a no brainer as a longer term investment. I suspect even by September it'll be back on the way up.
