Well the news is out on the terms of the Big Red deal. Very favorable to us.
We literally are acquiring the property for around 20 cents on the dollar (?) (hard to quantify since some of the property is not owned outright, but leased). Roughly a half million cash payout and assume approx $725,000 in prior bank debt. Very nice.
Why the stock has been selling off is anyone's guess. Might have something to do with a BT Twiss driver involved in an accident with 3 fatalities (I don't know the details or who is responsible- it happened July 12th in Georgia). Potential lawsuit perhaps.
