Any thoughts on who might be selling and why?
Is it likely that some who bought restricted shares are selling, now that the 6 month restriction is up? As you can see the total number of shares that this applies to is about 2.2 million. Even if this were to be the case, is this enough shares to have an impact?
Don't know, maybe these guys are just happy to sit on their "free" warrants.
Below are the restricted shares that have become eligible over the past couple of weeks:
Jan. 17, Restricted shares: 520,000 @ 0.25, Warrants: @0.50 24 mths
Jan. 13, Restricted shares: 588,235 @ 0.17, Warrants: @0.40 36 mths
Jan. 9, Restricted shares:1,097,230 @ 0.13, Warrants: @0.25 24 mths
