I already downloaded it and read it last night. I am not interested in DECN bashing but rather constructive questioning and/or compliments of DECN management, dissemination of fact based information, and a viable investment.
Attacks should be made against information and not people. Source cited, primary information speaks volumes. Not to be too cliche-ish, a good runner focuses on the runner in the lead and not the ones behind.
The best of legal premise has been lost on procedure and although I am confident in DECN's position and positioning, I would not assume clear cut victory but rather optimistic caution (yes, I have purchased an even greater position these past few weeks). DECN's response will help further in determining the most viable path.
In any case, increased communication from the company in the form of informal updates/comments would go far among the shareholders.
