Mr. Sensitivity pointed out to me today that J&J sealed its Summary Judgment pleadings, continuing a practice used all the time in the first case of keeping secrets. I wonder if Mr. Berman will be blamed for this too?

Mr. S has a theory. He believes that J&J knows how weak their case is and he also believes that these secrets will all come out in the DECN pleadings on August 28. Very peculiar choices made.
