I must have missed the agreement between J&J and DECN on the briefing schedule.
DECN has until August 28 to respond. J&J has until September 18 to rebut. Once the rebuttal is filed, the judge decides. I figure 5-6 weeks. When DECN wins J&J will probably wait a few weeks and then ask for a Mediation, or they will waste everyones time and attempt an appeal of the Summary Judgment ruling. Let's wait and see what DECN writes on August 28, or as fity says, earlier.
