I don't expect DECN lawyers to wait the full time allotted to them to respond to the filing. They should be ready with a response much earlier. It would be in their best interest to get this thing moving to a final resolution.
I would hope they make a bid to purchase J & J's diabetic division with the proceeds from the settlement. Maybe the Judge will make J & J get out of the diabetic arena as punishment for their egregious behavior.
