as i noted to one David Patch *then* .. it isn't the daily reg sho % that matters
it's what is shown over days/weeks/months .. and in some cases for OTC
survivors .. years .. the irony is a decade back .. most were unaware of the
embedded pitfalls in place for any legit company coming public via a R/M
(reverse merger) .. it's why in the last few years .. *more aware* mgmt teams
came public via an S1 registration .. no cleanup in aisle 4 required for prior
FTD landmines ignored when the predecessor *shell* was left for road kill
after it too was worked for x cycles of money b4 the final kill order was issued

took the time to go back and do one part of my response which is specific to the early days of this daily data reported to Finra

as a reminder .. the actual link went LIVE in Feb 2010 .. but was retroactive
to August 2009 .. at the time (and this is vital to understand) .. crews' embedded
in the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation .. were conditioning by rote
daily that there was no *shorting* (forget the abusive kind) on OTC stocks

that talking point done to condition retail by rote .. had to come to a screeching halt
with the live link .. and for those of us trying to figure things out then .. what
was remarkable *imo* was what IHUB did .. remember back then *crews*
sat on boards as mods and controlled every aspect of what was posted and
what was removed
(pretense today is that there is a mix of *opinions* in place for mods)

anyhow for most of 2010 this *topic* was deemed Off Topic by the powers that be *there*

because of course what had to be *re-org'd* was NRs' talking points on this very subject which will lead to *one* of the back story's which i'll get to later on this week
on an aside .. time has become a rather scarce commodity for me these days

so with *new* NR talking points in place .. this data was allowed to be included
after much going back and forth (EO 2010 give or take)

the data below comes from an SMB *there* (Shorts Exposed) which a few of the mods had the foresight to try and post daily listings for this data

that too came under Admin's *eyes* (zero doubts due to crews working new
POVs) .. and mods there (disclosure .. i was and still am one) were told they
could not post this out due to complaints .. so the data is not complete

NOTE: imo daily data is beyond revealing when shown with daily tapes of trades

because if one sees 1000 shares marked out of 1000 in volume and that volume
shows 2 sets of 500 trades .. done at 2 price points .. one at ask and one
hidden (done between bid and ask) .. and this pattern repeats itself CONsistently
it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the pattern in play .. sort of like what
NR is stuck doing on IPIX these days @ their trusty 24% *mark*

reminder for anyone new to this ping pong match .. *imo* %s marked over 30%
CONsistently (aggregate) indicates *stress* on behalf of what NR (non retail)
has to report and mark ( SROs = self reporting/regulating entities )

t trades are not included in the %s .. those are trades done pre or post mkt
this matters *sometimes* when the *trades done* pre or post mkt impact the % significantly

lastly (for this post at least) .. take note of when change shows from 100% and 50% for the dates below .. when this data first came into *retails' hands*

btw .. what i learned from looking at this set of data points for CTIX in 2009/2010
not a lot volume traded per se .. and majority of it was marked .. which tells me
(at least for that point in time) NR was already well on their way to digging an abusive hole on CTIX

because of course *back then* most OTC targets could be killed off because mgmt and retail could almost always be *outlasted* by loopholes/decoys/crews et al

to give an idea of time involved to pull and compile this data .. just under 4 hours

**** having watched this *stuff* for years now .. on a handful of OTC companies
i'm invested in .. what i find telling is the patterns that always reveal themselves

so when a stock has built up enough *problems* for NR .. the solution is to *reset* that problem

which is why *imo* it's always wise to note who *reports* each month to Finra
for actual volume generated and by which MM .. vs those *hired* to show as a
decoy .. which is being done on IPIX to this very day .. what one can see is
that *volume* has to be done to both *dilute* daily reg sho %s .. and to restart
the clock to another colluding entity .. this is never *retail* .. but it is always retail
that is *CONned*
