This is why in reading his deposition may seem as very negative comments towards NTEK, but its actually a defensive strategy in his defense.
What I find interesting in the PR it states IG as CEO of UltraFlix.
IG In the past has used the phrase UltraFlix.... A division of NTEK.
Maybe part of a plan to spin off UF in the future????
My feeling is NTEK had good intention paying off the lawsuit debt but wanted to remain quiet until the 21 M was available.
Since NTEK was already in default with their agreement, I'm sure the plaintiffs was seeing what was going on and through a monkey wrench by subpoena IG.
It's crazy to think how May 26 NTEK puts out a PR about the partnership with Foxxum and then all of a sudden on June 4th IG resigns as CEO of NTEK but yet the PR states he is CEO of UltraFlix.
