I hate litigation because I have seen too much of it. But, iHub is not a private company like a candy store is a private company. IHub is like a newspaper, a public trust, and as such everyone who posts has the 1st Amendment on their side. Someone with a lot of money is going to challenge this some day and iHub will go the way of Raging Bull.
