If manipulators were in control, they would've bankrupted IPIX before K entered clinical trial in 2012 because the stock was so vulnerable before that. I've shown you official data from the SEC.
According to the SEC, only 903 shares (0.0007% of the OS) were failure-to-deliver as of June 15.

One simple question. Can we trust the SEC? I have a feeling you'll say no because the government is corrupted. Saying yes would put the naked shorting theory to rest.
