I wouldn't invest in any small cap stocks if the government is that corrupted. Why? Because I'm afraid companies like IPIX will bankrupt before good news come out. A drug development usually takes ten years from preclinical to approval.
If the government continues to look the other way, small companies with promising technologies like IPIX will never succeed and the country will never have innovations as a result.
How do you think IPIX 'survived' from 2008 to 2012 (before K entered clinical trial)? The stock was so easy to manipulate by naked shorting during those four years.
