To add to what GS mentioned, HJOE might also be building this new Brand to remove mention of any alcohol. Most of the currently line of jerky is infused with some type of alcohol.

I believe, not 100% sure, that the new line will not be infused so the product can be offered to all ages and open for sales to companies/stores that might not or can't sell a product that has alcohol.
