If IG knew the financing was concrete this matter would not and should not have gotten this far. If so he would have said something different in his declaration or submitted an extention, delayed somehow. He spoke as if he was protecting his assets and was feed false promises as in not getting paid and not having access to certain part of the company like financing. I pray their is a miracle but sometimes you have to call it like you see it and the way it's happening instead of excuses.
