You have to get cleared by your broker to trade OTC stocks pre-market. Call your broker and see how to do that.
Schwab permits if, IF you get permission/cleared for that trading. Have to do it on the schwab.com website, not StreetSmart or any of the other java-based applications they use for streaming.
